About TuneFootprint

TuneFootprint is an independent, browser-based toolbox for your Spotify listening history.

What the tools do

You request the official data export from Spotify (Account → Privacy → Download your data, with Extended streaming history), upload the ZIP here, and every tool reads the same local dataset: a full stats dashboard, a searchable listening history, top songs and top artists rankings, a Spotify Pie of your listening share, a behavior-based Music DNA, and a deterministic roast of your music taste.

Why upload instead of login

Connecting third-party apps to your Spotify account means OAuth screens, limited API windows and someone else's server holding your data. TuneFootprint skips all of it: no login, no password, no API. Your export is parsed by a background worker in your own browser and stored only in your device's IndexedDB — "Clear local data" removes every record in one click.

Independent by design

TuneFootprint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Spotify AB. The counting rules are published on every tool page: a play counts once at least 30 seconds were listened to, and podcast or video events never enter music rankings.
